Tarte à la tomate et moutarde ancienne et pâte express au sarrasin
Voici une recette de saison, rapide à réaliser et très gourmande !
On est souvent tenté d’acheter des pâtes à tartes toutes faites, ce sont pourtant des produits très transformés, je vous recommande donc de la faire vous-même. N’hésitez pas la réutiliser avec d’autres garnitures.
Ingrédients pour 1 tarte
- 3 grosses tomates coeur de boeuf ( vous pouvez varier les couleurs )
- Moutarde à l’ancienne
- Huile d’olive
Pâte au sarrasin :
- 200gr de farine de sarrasin
- 40ml d’huile d’olive
- 120ml d’eau
- 1 pincée de sel
- des épices au choix ( basilic, origan, herbes de Provence…)
Préparation 15 minutes, cuisson 25 minutes :
Mélanger la farine de sarrasin avec l’eau, l’huile d’olive, le sel et les épices. Réaliser un boule et mettre au frais 10 minutes ( facultatif si vous êtes pressé )
Etaler la pâte sur un papier sulfurisé ou un flexipan à l’aide d’un rouleau.
Allumer le four et préchauffer à 180 C°.
Couper les tomates en rondelles.
Tartiner de moutarde à l’ancienne et disposer les rondelles de tomates, intercaler les couleurs.
Glisser au four pendant 25minutes. Sortir et laisser refroidir. Vous pouvez servir avec des feuilles de basilic et une belle salade.
